DOzR Equipment Rentals (Coming soon)

The DOZR Ecosystem

At DOZR, I lead a team of designers to create tools for an integrated double-sided equipment rentals marketplace. These tools and site features include:

  • DOZR Marketplace: where 1000’s of suppliers across the US and Canada can share their equipment rentals and pricing and allow their customers to book online through a simple checkout flow.

  • WebStores: where rental companies can present a branded view of their equipment inventory and allow their customers to rent from them online.

  • Supplier Hub: where WebStore creators can manager their equipment inventory, customer accounts, manage online payments, and customize their WebStore’s appearance.

  • Order Manager System: an omnichannel, two-way order notification system that allows DOZR Marketplace and WebStore suppliers to receive orders and instantly accept or decline rentals to provide confirmation to online (similar to the DoorDash order management system).

  • Order Tracker: where WebStore and DOZR Marketplace rental customers can view their existing rentals including invoicing and rental period.
